0800 Repair set to propel energy saving initiatives following selection to CHIC’s Healthy Homes Framework

Renewable energy expert, 0800 Repair, which is part of PHS, has been successfully appointed to the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) Healthy Homes Framework.

The four-year framework provides more than 200 CHIC members with the necessary procurement solutions and commercial support required to reach net zero goals to combat energy inefficiency across the housing sector.

Under ‘lot 2’ of the framework, North East based 0800 Repair has been appointed as a verified supplier of renewable energy solutions, executing retrofitting measures and property safety refurbishments.

As a result, CHIC’s members, which includes housing associations and local authority affordable housing landlords, will now be able to utilise 0800’s Repair services, delivered by experienced engineers, who last year were responsible for more than 1200 energy saving installations.
