0800 Repair secures £4 Million contract to boost energy efficiency in homes across Sunderland
Renewable energy expert, 0800 Repair, which is part of PHS, has been awarded a £4 million contract by North East based housing provider, Gentoo, to improve social housing properties across Sunderland.
The partnership will focus on improving the sustainability of thousands of homes, benefiting customers by reducing energy bills and carbon emissions. 0800 Repair is committed to aligning with Gentoo’s values of providing great homes, fostering strong communities, and inspiring people.
The contract will deliver heating upgrade works to homes across the City of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton, and Washington.
Selected under lot 1 and lot 2 of Gentoo’s competitive tender, 0800 Repair’s team of experienced engineers will carry out planned and responsive boiler replacements as well as back boiler Removals, Boiler Installations and secondary heating removals.
