Meet Alan Johnson, our new Group Operations Director.
Alan has a solid 0800 Repair friendly background having been a director with British Gas for many years. He is already well and truly set on course to help the firm grow its turnover from £14M to £25M in the next five years.
Alan’s career record is very impressive; he was responsible for the operational performance of 2500 gas service and repair engineers and 400 callout centre staff as part of his General Management role with British Gas where he also gained a national reputation for his commercial success.

Naturally we are very excited about the future at 0800 Repair and we now plan to establish up to 150 new franchises in the next three years, we are also generating employment at our call centres across the country.
